Privacy Policy

RecipeSky ("we", "us") is a hands-free cooking app. This policy explains what we collect and why. Last updated August 14, 2026.

What we collect

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email to create your account. We save the recipes and cook-along videos you cook, along with your progress, so your history syncs across your devices. You can also use the app as a guest, in which case your history stays only on your device.

Voice and microphone

Voice control and the coach voice run entirely on your device. Your microphone audio is processed on the phone for speech recognition and is never uploaded to us or any third party.

How we use your information

Only to run the app: to sign you in, to save and sync your cooking history, and to keep the app working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Your account and cooking history are stored on our hosting provider. We share data only with these providers as needed to run the service, or if required by law.

YouTube cook-along

Cook-along plays videos using YouTube's official player. We do not host, own, or modify any video. When you play a video, YouTube may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can clear your cooking history at any time in the app, which also removes it from our servers. You can delete your account and all its data from the app, or contact us to do it for you.
